Ever been on a tight rope? If you are looking to have healthy weightloss, you might as well! Weight is a balancing act and sometimes a mathematical problem with calorie counting. We always hear about the next fad diet or these celebrities doing crazy diets to lose weight in 3 weeks. weight loss really comes to balancing your life including counting calories.

When counting calories you want to make sure that you burn more calories than you intake. By doing this you will lose weight quicker than by not counting calories. If you go out to eat and have a smart phone you will be able to look up the nutrition information on your smart phone, if you do not have one, you can always ask your water to bring you the nutrition guide.

Some people need to lose weight in order to make sure that they can stay healthy. Losing weight can get rid of diabetes, lower cholesterol, reduce your risk of heart disease and other major health problems.

There are lots of diets out there, but be careful in which one you use  as some can cause  other serious health problems.Some of the best results of weight loss have been from people who get lots of information and work with a personal trainer.

I personally have lost a lot of weight through regular exercise like running  or walking and trying to eat as healthy as I can.  I have cut out wheat and all fake products such as high fructose corn syrup. I also changes sodas to plain carbonated water, which gives me that bubbly that I am looking for but no bad stuff for me. I still drink a cup of coffee in the morning but have at least 1 cup of tea per day.

Just remember when starting weight loss you want to consult with your doctor, especially if you have any major health problems.
